CISA eSIGNO Safe - Log File
To download and verify the events log of the CISA eSIGNO safe, follow this procedure.
Download events log
- Open the door.
- Insert an SD card in the slot on the top of the door, with the electrical contacts facing the outside of the safe.
- Press in sequence C and ENTER. On the display the letter P is visualized.
- Enter the Level 3 Master Code. On the display L3 OP is visualized.
- To obtain an audit trail reporting GUEST CODE instead of the actual guest codes used for openings and closings, press 0. To obtain an audit trail reporting the actual guest codes used for openings and closings, press 1.
- During the download, Log-dn blinks on the display, followed by done at the end of the operation.
- Now, it is possible to remove the SD card from the safe.
Check events log integrity
- Read the SD card through a PC.
- Press the Browse button and upload the audit trail file previously stored on the SD card.
- Press the Check button.
