How does the wall reader work?

The wall reader is a contactless card reader, that works in the same way as the other CISA electronic devices (lock, cylinder), but it activates a relay when it recognizes a card authorized to open.
It is used to control the opening of accesses with electronic devices (automatic barriers, electrical gates, magnets, electrical locks).

Have you already initialized the wall reader and have you already created a card to open it?
Then you can try it.

1

Keep the card near the wall reader for about one second, in order to allow the proper communication.

2

If the card is valid, the wall reader activates a relay for 0.5 seconds and emits 5 green blinks.

If the activation time is not sufficient, it is necessary to cascade to the wall reader a timer for delivering an electrical pulse with compatible duration with the object to be controlled.

If the card is not valid, the wall reader emits 3 red blinks.
