Welcome in CISA AERO

CISA AERO is designed for all those who want a simple, flexible, tailor-made electronic lock system.
CISA AERO is simple because it is a web service and you can program the cards without having to worry about managing the data and the application: CISA does all that for you.
CISA AERO is flexible because in just a couple of clicks you can tailor the whole system to your needs.

Getting started

This is a step-by-step guide to getting started on CISA AERO.

1

Check system requirements.

2

CISA AERO reads and writes cards through the contactless USB reader.

3

Click the link below to open the login page. Save the link in your browser favourites.
Enter your AuthentiCard code and PIN to access your plant.

Review the Terms and Conditions agreement and accept it the soonest.

4

If you are in a Time Zone different from Europe-Rome, you must change the default configuration of AERO (tab Other, button Time Settings)

5

CISA has created an application called CISA Reader App to operate the USB reader with the commands you send from your browser.

6

Create and configure the doors in which you have installed your access control devices (electronic locks, wall readers, electronic cylinders).
The door list is empty. One by one, you must add your doors.

7

Now that you have configured the doors of your plant, you can program the keys to open them.
First, you might prepare a key that will open all your doors (we advice you to set a long validity period - for example one year).
Then, you might prepare a key for each single door (if you assign a long validity period they could be kept in a safe place as spare/emergency keys).
We recommend to identify these keys/cards (with a label or an unwashable pen) in order to ease following steps (tests on locks).

8

When you have programmed your keys, one by one you can initialize your devices (eSIGNO electronic locks, wall readers, electronic cylinders).

Your system is ready.
In the future, you might find very handy searching for help in the FAQs grouped by topic.
